Caledon Regeneration Partnership was formed in 1996 comprising local community representation, local government cross party representation and representation from Caledon Estates Company. We are a not for profit company limited by guarantee with charitable status, based in the historic village of Caledon, Co Tyrone, a designated Conservation Area.
The Partnership has a long history of regeneration, working to preserve historic buildings in the village and promote local heritage in addition to supporting stable, cohesive community relations and rural regeneration through village planning processes. Among our key achievements have been restoration of the Courthouse on the Main Street in the village and the last remaining housed beam engine in Ireland.
Another important element of our work is the development of community initiatives encouraging community harmony and understanding.
We also have modern, corporate facilities for companies, organisations and individuals wishing to hold an event in a place of historical significance.
